Have you attempted to do the 75 hard challenge? or maybe you even completed it. We know that all challenges have their benefits, but this one seems to be super unsustainable, especially for women.
You’re probably super busy whether you work a 9 to 5, you’re a mama or just a busy entrepreneur in general. We know that keeping up with the 75 hard challenges can be super difficult. This is our invitation for you to do our Faithful 40 challenge.
What is the faithful 40 challenge?
It’s a 40 day checklist challenge to help you stay faithful with your habits into your spiritual life.
What’s on the checklist?
#1 Do not snooze alarm + make bed + drink water + get ready
When your alarm goes off in the morning, you get out of bed, you throw off those sheets, you stand up and you start your day. Do not hit the snooze button and do not go back to bed.
#2 Faithful Pages
Carve out time each day to dive into your Bible or devotional or a faith based personal development book. We don’t want to give you a timeframe, but do whatever fits your goal to create a goal around reading every single day then you wanna have 10 minutes of quiet time, so this could be intimate prayer visualization meditation whatever you do when your quiet time like it could be journaling.
#3 Write 10 things you’re grateful for
Now you’re going to write 10 things that you’re grateful for we love prioritizing gratitude because it’s helping you find a good in your life and helping you to be present. It also shifts your psychological body to be in a more relaxed state of mind.
Starting your day with with a grateful heart just set a time for a successful and joyful day because you’re looking at every little thing with gratitude.
#4 Pick + stick to a health + wellness routine
Pick and stick to health and wellness routine. We understand everyone has different physical goals, fitness, goals, and things like that but we want you to get really specific about what your health and wellness goals are in stick to it. This could be a simple as taking your supplements and vitamins, or having a green juice or shake. We’re just having Whole Foods or reducing the amount of sugar or gluten or caffeine or whatever it is you’re trying to stick to. Don’t overthink it just make sure that you can maintain it.
#5 A random act of kindness
An act of kindness, random act of kindness once per day at the minimum you never know when you can literally flipped someone’s entire day and it’ll help you get out of your own head to.
#6 Stick to a budget / financial goal
Stick to a budget or a financial goal. For this one I want you to get really really, really really specific. Create a smart goal around your finances.
#7 One hour to a “‘God-sized” Dream
Spend one hour to a God-sized dream. I know it can get a little hard to make time for your dreams when you feel burnt out or you just don’t have enough time in the day to make the dream become a plan. So this is intentional 40 days of one hour to your God size dream.
#8 Move your body for 30 minutes
Move your body for 30 minutes at least every day.
#9 Don’t touch your vice
Whatever your vice is, for 40 days you’re not touching it. Break the habit whether it’s your nicotine pen, a glass of wine, social media – whatever it is.
#10 Practice the sabbath once a week (REST)
Choose a day out of the week (typically Sunday) to rest & reflect.
